Sacred Dance | Yoga Ayurvedic Rituals
With the arrival of summer, I invite you to dance with me and travel to India where we will explore:
Ritual, Sacred Dance, Yoga and Ayurvedic beauty practices.
🌺 An evening dedicated to the Sacred Feminine and honoring HER awakening on the planet. Together we will practice sacred tools with the aim of invoking inner and collective harmony.
The class is an introduction to the foundations of Sacred Dance, Tantra Yoga and Meditation and Ayurveda as a daily Ritual.
3-4pm: Sacred Dance inspired by Eastern Aesthetics and Ritual traditions, we embody the essence of Bloom.. Florescer through awareness, reverence, discovery and ritual choreography.
4-5pm: Introduction to daily Ayurvedic Ritual practices that promote healthy and wholesome living.
5-6pm: We allow the breath to guide the body into deep states of pure awareness. And, through this deep state, we discover peace, equanimity and love. The balance of Shiva and Shakti, Ying and Yang, Above and Below. The body becomes our Ritual and this Ritual fuels our reality.
My name is Tara Chantelle Gomez. I’ve been practicing Yoga and Sacred Dance for over 20 years and have over 1000 hours of certified training.
I lived in India for 13 years, completely immersed in its art, culture, heritage, mystic teachings and ancient wellness hubs.
It is an honor to share the Heart of India with you.
