Refunds are available for 7 days after purchase. No refunds will be accepted after this period of time.

I hereby release and discharge any and all claims for personal injury or property damage which I may incur while in attendance at Narthaki Arts Academy in Portugal. This release is intended to discharge Narthaki Arts Academy, its affiliates, and respective employees from any liability arising out of or connected in any way with my participation in the courses. I further understand that accidents and injuries can arise out of my participation in the school; knowing the risks, I hereby agree to assume those risks upon myself and release the academyl of any liability. I have read the *Terms and Conditions Page, which includes: *Cancellation Policy, *Academy Policy and our *Health & Safety / Assumption of Risk. I fully understand agree to the contents. I understand that I may be asked to leave if my behavior is in conflict with school policies. I am aware that this is a release of liability and a contract between me and Narthaki Arts Academy and voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated herein.
