"What if your body could become a prayer?"

The Invitation

In the temples of India, dance was worship.
The body was an altar and movement was myth embodied.

This lineage lives. It breathes. And it is waiting to be felt — not just studied.

Laasya Attar is an invitation to distill these sacred arts through your own body, your own story, your own feminine grace

This Immersion Is For You If:

  • You feel drawn to Indian culture, mythology or music — and want to experience it, not just admire it from a distance.

  • You're curious about Tantra and sacred embodiment, but want grounded, respectful guidance rooted in authentic tradition.

  • You want to feel more at home in your feminine body — to move with confidence, grace and a sense of inner knowing.

  • You're seeking something more nourishing than a regular dance class — a space where movement becomes meaning.

  • You want to be welcomed into a safe, devotional space with other women who understand the call of the sacred.

  • You have no dance experience — and that is perfectly, entirely welcome. This is for the beginner's body and the ancient soul.

This is not a performance class. It is a journey inward — guided by sacred philosophy, classical aesthetics, and the power of devotional movement.

01 . An Introduction to India's Sacred Arts

The spiritual philosophy, mythology and context behind Indian classical dance — so movement carries meaning, not just technique.

02 . Narthaki Style Dance Experience

A living fusion of Indian Classical & Folk traditions, Persian Nava Dance, and devotional movement — Tara's signature creative format, distilled for your first encounter.

03 . Embodied Feminine Practice

Practices drawn from classical aesthetics and sacred feminine philosophy to reconnect you with the grace, beauty and power already living in your body.

04 . A Community of Women

A small, intimate gathering held in sacred space — where you are received, seen, and invited to bloom.

ABOUT ME:

Tara has walked the path of Sacred Arts for over two decades. She lived and researched in India for 13 years — immersed in the living traditions of Indology, classical dance, and the sacred feminine.

She returns to share what India gave her: not as performance, not as appropriation, but as a living lineage passed woman to woman, body to body.

Laasya Attar is the distillation of everything she has learned — an invitation for you to taste it.
