Since a young girl, I loved to pray and I loved to Dance. Devotion came very natural to me.

So when I found the Art of Yoga, Sacred Dance and Ritual I was instantly at ‘Home’. It taught me Sadhana, the commitment to discipline rooted in ancient spiritual teachings.

It all started in India and California, simultaneously in 2008. Its now 17 years on this journey.

My soul went on a deep dive into these arts and they have shaped who I am as human being, an artist and as a women.

These ancient practices are the living proof that I can heal myself naturally, with natural methods and through my body.
