  • Cancellation and Refunds

    The Narthaki Arts Academy cancellation and refund policy is in place to guarantee the fair allocation of slots in the program to students who are ready to commit.

    Refunds are available for 7 days after purchase. No refunds will be accepted after this period of time.

    All sales are final and not transferable to another course. While there are no refunds on tuition, it is possible to transfer your spot to another dancer.

    Selling or transferring your spot is your responsibility. To sell your spot, please first email narthakiartsacademy@gmail.com. If there is a waitlist, you will be connected with the first student on the waitlist to manage payment* for the spot together. If there is no waitlist, you may seek out other students to purchase your spot. Once the spot has been purchased, please send an email confirming you have received the payment and are officially transferring your spot to narthakiartsacademy@gmail.com ccing the new student. All accommodations will be made for transfers up to 10 days before the first day of the course.

    *Note: Transfer payments are the responsibility of the student selling their spot.

    Tara Chantelle Gomez and her staff have the right to deny enrolment or participation to anyone at any time before or during the course.

  • Code of Conduct

    NO DRUG POLICY: Students must follow a no drug policy in and out of the classroom while enrolled in the programs.

    NO SMOKING POLICY: smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property.

    CLASS ETIQUETTE: Students must arrive to class on time and prepared for that particular lesson. No Late entry. We maintain a silent classroom.

    FILMING/SOCIAL MEDIA ETIQUETTE: No Filming or Live streaming of classes or class materials is allowed without permission. However, we want to encourage you to capture your experience of our new programs on Social Media (please tag #narthakiartsacademy and #tarachantellegomez), which helps us spread the word of our program with other dancers. 

  • Waiver and Liability

    Please register with full awareness of the agreement you are entering into. Payment as well as this ‘Mandatory Waiver Form’ must be completed upon acceptance in the given time period to guarantee enrollment in the Intensive sessions.

  • Health and safety

    Health/Safety: Student agrees to inform Narthaki Arts Academy Administration of any health conditions or important medications they are taking. Student assumes full responsibility for her/his safety and all risks of participating in this training and while enrolled at Narthaki Arts Academy programs. We hold no responsibility for any such illness or injury that a student sustains while enrolled in the program.

  • Force Majeure

    If by some unforeseen events or happenings (due to illness, weather, natural disaster or political upheaval, etc) Narthaki Arts Academy cancels the training, we will refund all deposits and payments, minus an administrative fee. We cannot however compensate airfare or travel costs incurred to come to the training. To cover these risks, we recommend you purchase travel insurance (the best way to protect yourself from unforeseen circumstances like weather, natural disaster, lost baggage, medical expenses, etc). 

  • Initiate & Apprentice Programs

    These programs are a synthesis of the 20+ years of devotion, study and experience of Tara Chantelle Gomez.

    They have been carefully crafted and curated to guide the student on a in-depth study and training journey on Dance and Sacred Arts.

    Each Level will have a different tuition range.

    You must attend the Initiate program in order to attend the apprentice program.
